The Girls in the Snow by Stacy Green 4****

First of all, let me thank #netgalley and #bookouture for gifting me with this awesome ARC. This was a new author to me so I had no idea what to expect, but I was immediately pulled in by the blurb.

Anyhow, I thoroughly enjoyed this as the atmosphere and interesting storyline got me hooked after only a few pages. The author has basically woven two mysteries/crimes into one. The first occurred about 20 years ago and the last one revolves around the recent murder of two teenage girls. Our main character, an FBI agent, is directly linked to the first crime as you will learn from the very beginning. As you read on you start thinking that there might be a connection between the two crimes. 👀

I believe this book is part of a series, but you can read it as a stand-alone! If you like True Crime and all the investigation procedure related to it, pick this up. I didn’t guess who the murderer was until the very end! 🤦🏻‍♀️
